Unfortunately, we do not refund or exchange ANY order for change of mind, wrong size/color/choice or buyers remorse, SO PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY and be sure to read all the details before ordering.
This also includes PRICE MATCHING or LATER DATE SALES. If an item goes on sale or is marked down later that is unfortunate timing and we are not obligated to give you a refund. Likewise if you find it cheaper elsewhere after you've purchased from us, so please ensure to do your product homework prior to hitting that purchase button.
If you need more information please email us and we will get back to you with the answers as quickly as possible. If you are not happy with your purchase, may we suggest gifting it forward or re-selling it yourself.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS BROKEN OR INCORRECT?
We do full refunds on orders that are broken or have been sent incorrectly contrary to your order placed. If this occurs please contact us within 30 days so we can get it sorted. We usually request that you provide us with a proof video and/or pictures of the item so we can assess the damage/issue and quickly solve the problems.
DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE US?
We ship to USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Japan, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Malaysia and Thailand at the moment.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We have warehouses in Australia, USA, China and New Zealand. Depending on the item, it could take between one to three weeks (excluding holidays), due to high order volume and worldwide shipping. But we do our best to get the product shipped to you as soon as possible.
Remember, the shipping is FREE which is slower in comparison to priority services when dispatched.
I DID NOT RECEIVE ALL OF MY ITEMS. WHAT DO I DO?
It is possible that if you ordered more than one item, your items could be shipped from different distributors causing different parcel arrival times. Orders usually take 24-72 hrs to process with our distributors to which they will then email you a tracking number for every item/order you have placed, however, you can contact us for more information about specific orders and we will be happy to assist you.
CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER?
If you decide you want to cancel/change your order, email us as soon as possible. If your item has already been marked as shipped then it is too late for us to cancel/change your order. You usually only have a 1 to 3 day window to do this in. In this event we urge you to re-gift it forward to someone you may know who will appreciate it or re-sell it yourself.
